Sub: Intimation of Appointment of Statutory Auditor

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6th June, 2022 appointed M/s Uttam Abuwala Ghosh & Associates, Chartered Accountants, FRN 111184W, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the First term of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the conclusion of 35th AGM to be held in 2027, and shall be recommended for approval of the Members at their ensuing 30th AGM as per the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules formed thereunder.
The details as required under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/ 2015 dated September 9, 2015 are stated in "Annexure A".

Mr. Subhash Jhunjhunwala, Partner in the Firm has an
experience of over 15 years in practice with an expert
knowledge of over 28 years in the Industry, having handled
finance, administration and labour matters for reputed
corporates. He has looked after statutory audits and branches
of nationalised banks and Internal audits of big public and
listed companies.
