Board of Directors' summary of major shareholders and changes in holdings between years
In accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 84 of Act No. 2/1995 on Limited Liability Companies, below follows a summary by the Board of Directors of the holdings of VIS shareholders. In the opinion of the Board of Directors, this list of the Company's 20 largest shareholders gives a good indication of its principal owners, who together hold about 77.66% of the Company's shares.
The Company's listed share capital currently totals ISK 1,906,700,000 with each share having a nominal value of 1 Icelandic króna. All shares are in the same class and carry the same rights. There were 934 shareholders at the beginning of 2023 and 916 at year-end. No shareholder held more than 10% of the shares in 2023.
