Viel & Cie reports that its Board of Directors decided on March 27 to cancel 1,817,214 treasury shares, bringing the total number of shares in issue to 67,392,691.
Following this capital reduction, the parent company of Compagnie Financière Tradition and Bourse Direct holds 4,304,753 shares, or 6.4% of its share capital. Excluding treasury shares, the number of shares outstanding is 63,087,938.

Viel & Cie is an investment company specializing in acquiring long-term shares in companies operating in the finance sector. Net sales break down by sector of activity as follows:

Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Europe/Middle East/Africa (46.2%), Americas (29.8%) and Asia/Pacific (24%).
