Starmalls, Inc. announced that on August 31, 2017, Jerry M. Navarrete resigned from the board of directors of the company effective immediately due to personal reason. On the same date Camille A. Villar was elected to serve the remaining term of Jerry M. Navarrete as board of director and Chairman of compensation and remuneration committee.
