Vistamalls, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 2,380 million compared to PHP 1,670 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 2,606 million compared to PHP 1,873 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,675 million compared to PHP 675 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.199 compared to PHP 0.08 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.199 compared to PHP 0.08 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 7,264 million compared to PHP 4,809 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 8,459 million compared to PHP 5,627 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 5,097 million compared to PHP 2,322 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.605 compared to PHP 0.276 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.605 compared to PHP 0.276 a year ago.
Vistamalls, Inc. is an investment holding company, which is engaged in investment, real estate, and leasing business. It also engaged in leasing of retail malls and business process outsourcing (BPO) commercial center. The Company's subsidiaries include Masterpiece Asia Properties Inc., which operates Starmall Prima Taguig, Starmall Prima Daang Hari, Starmall Prima Sta. Rosa, Starmall 7 San Jose del Monte, Starmall Talisay, Starmall Imus, and Optimum Bank Building, and Manuela Corporation, which operates Starmall Las Pinas, Starmall Las Pinas Annex, Starmall EDSA-Shaw and Starmall Alabang. The Companyâs subsidiaries are also involved in the acquisition of undeveloped land, the planning and design of developments, the securing of regulatory approvals for development and sale or lease, the supervision of land development and construction and the marketing and selling/leasing of its products. Its malls include Vista Mall Bataan, Vista Mall Iloilo, Vista Mall Naga, and Vista Mall Pampanga.
