Vistamalls, Inc. at its AGM held on June 28, 2021, approved and elected as members of the following committees of the Board: Nomination Committee: election of Cherrylyn P. Caoile as member of nomination committee. Audit Committee: Cherrylyn P. Caoile as member of audit committee. Corporate Governance Committee: Cherrylyn P. Caoile as Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee. Board Risk Oversight Committee: Cherrylyn P. Caoile as board risk oversight committee. Related Party Transactions Committee: Cherrylyn P. Caoile as chairman of related party transactions committee; Raul N. Esteban and Adisorn Thananun-Narapool as member of related party transactions committee.
