Vitarich Corporation is a Philippines-based company, which is primarily engaged in manufacturing and selling of feeds and livestock. The Company’s segments include Food, Feeds, Farms and Corporate and Others. The Food segment is engaged in the growing, production and distribution of chicken broilers, either as live or dressed. Its products are distributed to wet markets and supermarkets. The Feeds segment caters to the feed requirement of the poultry growers’ industry. It is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of animal feeds, animal health and nutritional products, and feed supplements. The Farms segment is involved in the production, sale and distribution of day-old chicks. The Company’s subsidiaries include Barbatos Ventures Corporation (BVC), Gromax, Inc. and Philippine’s Favorite Chicken Inc. BVC is engaged in poultry production, as well as in the processing, raising and breeding of chickens and similar stocks.
