The board of Vitrolife AB (publ) at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 April 2024, proposed a dividend of SEK 135 million (SEK 115 million), corresponding to SEK 1.00 (SEK 0.85) per share. The proposed dividend is based on exclusion of the non-cash impairment charge. 29 April 2024 as the record day for the dividend.
The last day of trading for shares that carry dividend rights is 25 April 2024. The dividend is expected to be received by shareholders on 3 May 2024.
