Suzuken Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 16.61% stake in Welby Inc. from Digital Garage, Inc. for ¥1.4 billion

Welby Inc. is mainly engaged in the provision of personal health record (PHR) platform service that supports patient self-management in the treatment of various diseases including lifestyle diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. The Company operates business aiming at establishing the PHR platform in the medical field. The Company provides disease solution service and Welby My Carte service. The disease solution service is the development of the PHR platform at the request of the pharmaceutical companies. The Welby My Carte service is a company-owned cloud service that supports self-management of patients' living habits, such as diabetes and hypertension, among others.
