Welby Inc. agreed to acquire 50.0002% stake in Medical Data Card, Inc. from Chubu Electric Power Company, Incorporated for ¥150 million.

The Company operates business aiming at establishing the PHR platform in the medical field. The Company provides disease solution service and Welby My Carte service. The disease solution service is the development of the PHR platform at the request of the pharmaceutical companies. The Welby My Carte service is a company-owned cloud service that supports self-management of patients' living habits, such as diabetes and hypertension, among others.
