WenYi Trinity Technology Co., Ltd (SHSE:600520) made a proposal to acquire 73.8% stake in Tongling Huaxiang Asset Management Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Xiangfeng Investment Co., Ltd. for CNY 0 on August 17, 2020. After completion of the transaction, Tongling Huaxiang Asset Management will became wholly owned subsidiary of WenYi Trinity Technology. The transaction has been approved by the Board of WenYi Trinity Technology.
Wenyi Suntech Co., Ltd., formerly TongLing Zonfa Trinity Technology Co., Ltd, is a China-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of moulds and equipment.
