The Company's activities are carried out through fully and partly owned entities, most of which are among the market leaders within their segments. The Company operates within three business segments: The Maritime Service segment offers marine products, ship agency services and logistics to the merchant fleet and ship management including manning for all vessel types, through a worldwide network of 239 offices in 60 countries; The New Energy segment includes the NorSea Group and other New Energy activities. The activity is mainly related to the operation of supply bases for the offshore industry in Norway, as well as real estate development and operation of properties both on and off the supply bases. The Strategic Holdings and Investments segment includes the strategic holdings in Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA and Treasure ASA and other financial and non-financial investments.
