Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA (WWH) has, in an ongoing court case to which WWH is not a party, been requested to provide an internal document related to evaluation of performance under the Long Term Incentive (LTI) plan for Executives in WWH as referred to in its Remuneration report for 2022. WWH does not publish such internal value-related document. Following the above-mentioned formal, judicial request for non-public information, the board of directors of WWH has decided to provide the said document and make the document generally available as an assumed one-time publication on its website under Annual reports for 2022. WWH has for a long period of time used development of value of its shareholdings (including in fully or majority owned companies and strategic holdings and investments) as one of several KPIs in its incentive schemes. The measure is mainly based on publicly available market prices and data disclosed in the WWH quarterly reports. The measure is developed for internal use - solely to define a criteria for incentive plan purposes - where the objective is to use development of value of the shareholdings as a basis for variable compensation. The now published document and its content shall not be taken as an opinion on the value of the shares in WWH. For further information, contact:Ole Jakob Ytterdal VP Corporate CommunicationWilh.
