Will Group, Inc. Provided its consolidated earnings guidance for the Six months ending September 30, 2022 and Fiscal year ending March 31, 2023. For the Six months, The company expects revenue to be JPY 67,000 million, operating profit to be JPY 2,250 million, Profit before tax to be JPY 2,190 million, Profit to be JPY 1,575 million, profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 1,250 million and basic earnings per share to be JPY 55.93.
For the year, The company expects revenue to be JPY 140,000 million, operating profit to be JPY 5,600 million, Profit before tax to be to be JPY 5,490 million, Profit to be JPY 3,870 million, profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 3,330 million and basic earnings per share to be JPY 148.98.
WILL GROUP, INC. is engaged in the human resource business focusing on temporary staffing, business contracting and recruitment business. Its Sales Outsourcing segment involves in the hybrid dispatch, general dispatch, and business contracting business, providing staff engaged in products sales, staff management, collection and report of sales information. Its Call Center Outsourcing segment involves in hybrid dispatch and general dispatch business, providing staff engaged in information providing and delivery, after services and claim handling to communication company. Its Factory Outsourcing segment involves in staff dispatch to companies in food, electrical equipment industries, among others. The Nursing Care Support segment provides nursing staff to companies operating nursing care facilities to provide stable operation of nursing care facilities. The Overseas HR segment develops human resources service business. Others segment involves in the general staff dispatch, among others.
