Will Group, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the first half and full year of fiscal year ending March 31, 2020. For the first half, the company expects revenue to be JPY 57,000 million, operating profit to be JPY 1,200 million, profit to be JPY 880 million and basic earnings per share to be JPY 31.49.
For the full year ending March 31, 2021, the company expects revenue to be JPY 120,000 million, operating profit to be JPY 2,500 million, profit to be JPY 1,600 million and basic earnings per share to be JPY 56.24.
WILL GROUP, INC. is engaged in the human resource business focusing on temporary staffing, business contracting and recruitment business. Its Sales Outsourcing segment involves in the hybrid dispatch, general dispatch, and business contracting business, providing staff engaged in products sales, staff management, collection and report of sales information. Its Call Center Outsourcing segment involves in hybrid dispatch and general dispatch business, providing staff engaged in information providing and delivery, after services and claim handling to communication company. Its Factory Outsourcing segment involves in staff dispatch to companies in food, electrical equipment industries, among others. The Nursing Care Support segment provides nursing staff to companies operating nursing care facilities to provide stable operation of nursing care facilities. The Overseas HR segment develops human resources service business. Others segment involves in the general staff dispatch, among others.
