KCGI Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 16% stake in WINS Co., Ltd from Crescendo Equity Partners Limited.

Wins Co., Ltd., formerly WINSTECHNET. Co., Ltd, is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the network security business. The Company’s products portfolio consists of intrusion prevention systems (IPSs), intrusion detect systems (IDSs), unified threat management (UTM) systems, Web application firewalls (WAFs), voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) security systems, anti-distributed denial of service (DDoS) systems, threat management systems (TMSs), fire walls (FWs) and others used to avoid illegal intrusion and provide integrated security management solutions.
