World Co., Ltd. provides earning guidance for the year ending March 31, 2023. For the six months ending September 2022, company expects revenue to be JPY 98,800 million, Operating profit to be JPY 2,900 million, Profit to be JPY 1,450 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 1,450 million and Basic earnings per share to be JPY 35.43.
For the year company expects revenue to be JPY 212,000 million, Operating profit to be JPY 10,900 million, Profit to be JPY 6,000 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 5,500 million and Basic earnings per share to be JPY 147.72.
WORLD CO., LTD. is a Japan-based holding company. The Company operates in four businesses through subsidiaries. The brand business is engaged in operating stores which sells ladies, gentlemen and children's apparel and fashion accessories. The investment business aims to optimize the entire business portfolio of the group by directly investing and selling off from the group directly and using the fund indirectly.
