Worlds, Inc. designs and develops software, content and related technology for the creation of interactive, 3D Internet Web sites. Its technology permits the development of virtual worlds, which have a range of applications, including a virtual meeting place, such as a fan club; a 3D e-commerce store, where merchandise can be viewed in 3D and purchased online, and a virtual classroom, where content can be viewed through video streaming and then discussed in real-time. Its technology includes WorldsShaper, WorldsServer, WorldsBrowser, WorldsPlayer and Worlds Gamma Libraries. The Company is focused on monetizing its collection of non-fungible tokens and its legacy celebrity virtual reality worlds. It is exploring strategic alliances with virtual reality platforms to refocus its positioning in the virtual reality (VR)/augmented reality (AR) markets.
