Fuyang Xinyihua Material Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has received CNY 500 million in its Series D round of funding co-led by new investors, Shengjing Jiacheng Venture Capital and fund-of-fund platform Peakview Capital on June 12, 2023. The transaction included participation from new investors, Zhongdian Zhongjin (Xiamen) Electronic Industry Private Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd., JIC Investment Co., Ltd., Wuchan Zhongda Group Co.,Ltd. and Beijing Qixin Investment Management Co., Ltd. The funding is being raised at a post-money valuation of CNY 13,000 million.
