CU Healthcare co., Ltd. signed a contract to acquire 43.47% stake in Hansol Secure Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A070300) from Hansol Inticube Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A070590) and Giesecke+Devrient Mobile Security GmbH for KRW 28 billion on March 11, 2020. As a part of the transaction Hansol Inticube Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A070590) will divest 2 million shares at KRW 9,465 per share for KRW 18.95 billion and Giesecke & Devrient Mobile Security will divest 1.2 million shares at KRW 7,450 per share for KRW 9.05 billion. 20% of the down payment to be maid at contract date and remaining 80% to be paid at closing date. The transaction is expected to be completed by March 30, 2020. As of March 27, 2020, CU Healthcare co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 27.18% stake in Hansol Secure Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A070300) from Hansol Inticube Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A070590) for approximately KRW 18.78 billion.
