Xinhua Winshare Publishing and Media Co., Ltd. announced that at the AGM held on 18 May 2023 approved final dividend (the "Dividend") of RMB 0.34 per Share (tax inclusive) for the year ended 31 December 2022. The Dividend will be payable to the H Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 29 May 2023. Ex-dividend date is 22 May 2023.
