Xinhuanet Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 278.258 million compared to CNY 144.624 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 9.503 million compared to operating loss of CNY 58.914 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 6.814 million compared to net loss of CNY 58.543 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.0131 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of CNY 0.1128 a year ago.
