Jiaxing Huakong Tenghui Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed an agreement to acquire 8.6% stake in Xinjiang Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300159) from consortium of sellers for approximately CNY 580 million on January 4, 2019. Under the transaction, Jiaxing Huakong Tenghui acquires 128 million shares. This transaction and change in Xinjiang Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300159) actual controller still needs the approval of the State Administration for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense.
