Xiangcai Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm agreed to acquire Xinjiang Youhao (Group) Youhao Runqi Trading Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Youhao (Group) Youhao Yousheng Trading Co., Ltd. from Xinjiang Youhao(Group)Co.,Ltd on September 6, 2017. As per the terms of the transaction, Xinjiang Youhao (Group) Youhao Runqi Trading Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Youhao (Group) Youhao Yousheng Trading Co., Ltd. will acquired based on fair market value as manager setting up asset backed special plan to carry out innovative asset operations. The transaction has been approved by the 22nd session of the 8th directorate meeting of but still needs to be approved by Xinjiang Youhao(Group)Co.,Ltd in its shareholders’ meeting.
