INCREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL IN 50% OWNED SUBSIDIARY - VIVO POWER MYANMAR COMPANY LIMITED
CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors of XMH Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") refers to the Company's announcement dated 27 November 2020 in respect of the increase in share capital in Vivo Power Myanmar Company Limited (the "Announcement").
The Company would like to clarify that the second paragraph of the Announcement should read as follows:
"Pursuant to the Injection, Vivo Power will allot and issue40,000 new ordinary shares at US$1.00 per share to XMH Engineering. Following the Injection, Vivo Power remains as a 50% owned subsidiary of XMH Engineering."
