YAKUODO HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (TSE:7679) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 150,000 shares, representing 0.76% of the outstanding shares for ¥300 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out agile capital policies in response to changes in the business environment.
The program will run until August 24, 2022. As of February 28, 2022, the company had 19,740,196 shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock ) and 23 shares in treasury.
