Yem Chio Co., Ltd. held its shareholders meeting on June 29, 2022, approved type and monetary amount of original dividend distribution: cash dividend of TWD 1 per share. Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution after the change: cash dividend of TWD 0.99993307 per share.
YEM CHIO CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, development, processing and distribution of thin films, adhesive tapes and packaging materials, as well as real estate business and the trading of computer products.
