Yesco Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire an unknown minority stake in Yesco Service Co., Ltd. from Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A015360) for KRW 5.5 billion on June 25, 2018. Under the terms of transaction, Yesco Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.6 million shares for KRW 9139 each. The consideration will be paid by July 18, 2018. As of August 29, 2018, the consideration will be paid by August 29, 2018. Upon completion, Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd. will not hold any stake in Yesco Service Co., Ltd. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd.
Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd., formerly YESCO CO.,LTD., is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of city natural gas.
