Yesco Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of 52.2% stake in YESCOES Co., Ltd. from Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd..

Yesco Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 52.2% stake in YESCOES Co., Ltd. from Yesco Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A015360) for KRW 2.4 billion on June 25, 2018. Under the terms of transaction, Yesco Co., Ltd. will acquire 3.1 million shares at KRW 751 each and the consideration will be paid on July 18, 2018. The consideration is paid on August 29, 2018 as per amendment report on August 29, 2018. Upon completion, Yesco Co., Ltd. will hold 52.2% stake in YESCOES Co., Ltd. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Yesco Co., Ltd.
