Jenner Renewables has contracted a subsidiary of China's Yingli Green Energy to build 12 ground-mounted solar parks in Chile totaling 146 MW. Yingli Green Energy Europe has entered into an agreement with Jenner Renewables to provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for a dozen solar photovoltaic (PV) projects divided into two clusters. The developer expects Cluster 1 to enter the construction phase this month and to be completed by June 2018. Work on Cluster 2, which includes eight assets, should begin after that. Apart from offering EPS services, Yingli Green will also supply multicrystalline modules type YL325P-35B for the projects.
