Yingli Green Energy Holding Co Ltd. announced it will supply 50.6 MW of panels to X-Elio, formerly Gestamp, for two projects in Japan. The 16.9-MW Hayato solar power plant will use about 52,650 Yingli multi-crystalline solar panels of the YL320P-35b type. It is expected to be connected to the grid in December 2017 and to generate 19,700 MWh of electricity per year. The other project, called S-13, will have a capacity of 33.7 MW and will feature more than 127,000 of Yingli's YL265P-29b panels. It is expected to produce 39,400 MWh per year and to be hooked up to the grid in October 2017.
