Yoshimura Food Holdings K.K. completed it's acquisition of 70% stake in ONESTORY Co., Ltd from Hakuhodo DY Media Partners Incorporated.

Yoshimura Food Holdings KK is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of support service for sales marketing, product development, production control, purchasing logistics, quality control, and business management. The Company operates through two business segments. The Manufacturing Business segment develops and manufactures its own products, and domestic subsidiaries sell them mainly through wholesalers to supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug stores throughout Japan, and overseas subsidiaries mainly sell to hotels, restaurants, supermarkets in Singapore and Malaysia. The Sales Business segment is engaged in the sale products to industrial food service providers, consumer cooperatives, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants.
