Suzhou Lianchuang Dingrui Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 17% stake in Zhongrun Resources Investment Corporation from Ningbo Ransheng Shengyuan Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for approximately CNY 530 million.

Zhongrun Resources Investment Corporation is a China-based company mainly engaged in mining business. The Company operates through two business segments: the minerals business and the real estate business. The minerals business includes exploration, mining, beneficiation, smelting and sales, with the main product being gold. The real estate business includes the development and sale of commercial housing, as well as the lease of own commercial buildings. The Company mainly operates its business in the domestic market.
