Zhongyu Gas Holdings Limited announce that Ms. Liu Yu Jie has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, a member of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the company with effect from 30 June 2017. Ms. Liu has been working in Hong Kong, Singapore and the PRC for over 20 years and is familiar with the business environment and regulatory systems of such jurisdictions.
