Zhongyu Energy Holdings Ltd (formerly: Zhongyu Gas Holdings Ltd) is an investment holding company principally engaged in the retail gas sale business. The Company operates its business through five segments. The Retail Gas Sale segment is mainly engaged in the provision of gas sale services for industrial customers and residential users. The Gas Pipeline Construction segment is mainly engaged in the provision of gas pipeline construction services for residential projects. The Wholesale Gas segment is engaged in the wholesale of pipeline natural gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) businesses. The Value-Added Service segment is engaged in the sale of stoves and related equipment. The Operation of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and LNG Vehicle Filling Station segment is engaged in the operation of CNG and LNG vehicle filling stations in China.
