ZIGExN Co., Ltd. (TSE:3679) agreed to acquire Awesome Agent Co., Ltd. from Yu Takemura for ¥217 million on November 9, 2022. The acquisition will be financed from cash on hand and bank loans. The acquisition is expected to be closed on November 29, 2022.
