Zydus Lifesciences Limited (the "Company") has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company ("WOS") in the name of Zydus Lifesciences Global FZE. on February 20, 2024 in Jebel Ali Free Zone ("ZAFZA"), United Arab Emirates ("UAE"). The Company itself is a listed entity.

ZLGF having registration no. 74305372, is incorporated in ZAFZA, UAE on February 20, 2024 and is yet to commence its business operations. ZLGF is incorporated as a WOS of the Company.

All the shares, that may be issued, will be subscribed by the Company only.
