AmRest Holdings SE ('AmRest', 'the Company') informs that it received on November 23rd, 2017 a notice from FCapital Lux S.a.r.l., being a person closely associated with Mr. José Paréz Gutiérrez - Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board, about a purchase of AmRest shares. The full content of the notification is provided in the attachment to this report.
