PRESS RELEASE

Paris, December 30, 2009

2008 Registration Document Registered with the AMF

Chargeurs has registered its 2008 Registration Document with the French
securities regulator, Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under no. R.09-095.

Copies of this document can be obtained from the Company's head office. It can
also be downloaded from the Chargeurs website (www.chargeurs.fr, "Regulatory
Information") or the AMF website (www.amf-france.org)

The Registration Document includes the rectified annual consolidated financial
statements for 2008 and the rectified interim consolidated financial statements
for the first half of 2009. The Group decided to rectify the consolidated
financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008 as approved by the
Board of Directors on March 5, 2009 and by shareholders at the Annual General
Meeting on May 7, 2009, after two errors were detected concerning (i) a
subsidiary's translation reserves and the carrying amount of its inventories and
(ii) the method used to recognize actuarial gains and losses on a supplementary
pension plan operated by another subsidiary. These errors automatically affected
the opening balances used to prepare the consolidated financial statements for
the six months ended June 30, 2009 as approved by the Board of Directors on
August 27, 2009, which have therefore also been rectified.

The Auditors issued a report on the rectified consolidated financial statements
on December 22, 2009.

The Registration Document also includes the Chairman's report on Board practices
and internai control and the report of the Statutory Auditors on the Chairman's
report, as well as details of the fees paid to the auditors.
