MEAL3), pursuant to article 157, paragraph 4 of Law 6,404/76 and CVM Instruction 358/02, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general the election of Mr. David Crabtree for the position of CEO for our operations in the United States of America (USA), role previously occupied by Mr. Mark Rogers, who resigned on this date.
Mr. David Crabtree has a degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management from University of Wisconsin - Stout, and an MBA by University of Nevada-Las Vegas. With more than 18 years of experience in leading roles in the hospitality sector, Mr. Crabtree acted for 5 years as CEO of Planet Hollywood, having previously worked for more than 11 years in the Westgate Resorts hotel chain, acting as COO for Sales and Marketing.
The Management believes that Mr. Crabtree is a valuable addition to the management team, contributing with his knowledge and qualifications to the execution of the company's strategy in the USA operations and consequently for the Company as a whole.
