International Meal Company Alimentação S.A. ("Company"), (BM&FBovespa: MEAL3), in compliance with item 12.5 of Official Circular/CVM/SEP/Nº 02/2015, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has re-presented its 2016 Corporate Events Calendar to the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM") and the BM&FBOVESPA, given the fact that the Board of Directors' Meeting, held on this date, was suspended and it should be resumed only on Monday, March 28, 2016. For that reason, the Management Proposal and the Call Notice for the Annual General Meeting to be held on April 29, 2016. It will be made available to the market on March 28, 2016, after the close of the Council meeting administration. Consequently, the publication of the Call Notice to Annual General Meeting will be held on March 29, 2016, respecting the period of thirty (30) days.
The updated 2016 Annual Corporate Events Calendar is available for consultation on the websites of the CVM (www.cvm.gov.br) and the BM&FBOVESPA (www.bmfbovespa.com.br), as well as on the Company's investor relations website (http://www.internationalmealcompany.com.br/ir/).
