Mazda Motor Corporation has announced the following organizational and personnel changes, effective July 1, 2015.
1. Organizational Changes
Changes in the area of ASEAN powertrain production
Aim
To enhance the efficiency of operations related to the new powertrain plant in Thailand, Mazda Powertrain Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd., now that production at the plant has begun.
Details of the organizational changes
The ASEAN Powertrain Production Preparation Office is eliminated and management of Mazda Powertrain Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd., is transferred to the Business Promotion Department in the Corporate Planning & Development Division.
