Listing Category Review (possible transfer to premium) and appointment of Financial Adviser and Joint Corporate Broker
PPHE Hotel Group Limited, an international hospitality company which owns and develops hotels and resorts, operates the Park Plaza®brand in EMEA and owns the art'otel®brand, is pleased to announce the appointment of Berenberg as joint corporate broker to the Company with immediate effect.
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of finnCap Ltd as financial adviser to the Company, in addition to its current role as joint corporate broker.
These appointments will support the Company's investor relation activities and assist the Company in assessing market conditions generally. In this regard, the Company announces that it is in the process of reviewing whether a transfer of the listing category of all of its ordinary shares from the Standard listing segment to the Premium listing segment of the official list of the UK Listing Authority would be available for, and beneficial to achieving the strategic objectives of the Company (the Possible Transfer).
At this time, there is no guarantee that the Possible Transfer will occur within any particular timescale or at all. The Company will update the market at the appropriate time. For the avoidance of doubt, this announcement does not constitute an announcement of the Company's intention to transfer its listing category under Rule 5.4A of the Listing Rules.
