New version: Wedia 11.7 is now available!

Spring is here and, with it, a new version of Wedia: 11.7!

At Wedia, we strive to offer the best guidance for creating, organizing and disseminating your marketing and communication contents. Our aim is to help you for the promotion and development of your brand and products. The two main new features of 11.7 are part of this mission: making your daily tasks easier so you can focus on essentials.

The new version now integrates video into the creative review process. And also, the ability to sort your assets by relevance in the DAM module. What else: Wedia 11.7 includes 77 new features, improvements and bug fixes.

Comments & Reviews on videos

You can now comment on a video in Wedia review, and several people can even interact at the same time - which is very useful when multiple stakeholders (project manager, marketing manager, advertising agency, etc.) are working together on the same content.

On a video timeline, you can see all markers which indicate place of comments (and colors are related to their status: validation pending, validated, rejected…).

By clicking on a marker, the associated comment appears on the right hand side of the screen (you can also directly select it from the list of comments). This allows you to read it, check the time-code or find out who wrote it, for example. This function provides ideal collaboration conditions for such contents.

Displaying search results by relevance

The default setting for displaying search results in Wedia is now by relevance. Just like in Google, the most interesting contents will now appear at the top.

Beyond the clear time-saving benefits, the real advantage of this function is that it suggests content that matchs perfectly with the original request.
