ADTEC Corporation agreed to acquire web solution business of X Technology Inc.

Akiba Holdings Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the memory product manufacturing and sales, telecommunications consulting, and high performance computing (HPC) businesses. The Company operates in three business segments. The Memory Product Manufacturing and Sales segment includes manufacturing and sales of memory products for industrial and general personal computers (PCs) and servers, procurement, wholesale and sales of computer peripherals and parts from Japan and overseas, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The Telecommunications Consulting segment includes a telecommunications construction business centered on construction related to mobile base stations for telecommunications carriers, as well as a contact center business consisting of three bases nationwide with particular strengths in information technology (IT), and a contact center business mainly for telecommunications carriers. The HPC segment manufactures and sells computers for the HPC field.
