Daito Co. Ltd. agreed to acquire GreenSnap Co., Ltd. from Allied Architects, Inc. (TSE:6081) on March 28, 2017. The consideration will be paid in stock. For the year ended December 31, 2016, GreenSnap Co., Ltd. reported revenue of ¥6 million. As of December 31, 2016, GreenSnap Co., Ltd. reported total assets of ¥5 million. The transaction is expected to be completed by mid May 2017.
