ALPHA Corporation (TSE:3434) agreed to acquire C.I. Technology Co., Ltd. on November 8, 2013. ALPHA Corporation will acquire all the shares of C.I. Technology. ALPHA Corporation will issue corporate bonds to fund the transaction. ALPHA Corporation will operate C.I. Technology Co., Ltd as its wholly owned subsidiary. During the year ended December 2012, C.I. Technology Co., Ltd. had net assets of ¥56.35 million (THB 20.23 million), total assets of ¥819.93 million (THB 294.43 million) and net sales of ¥1.37 billion (THB 493.5 million). Board of Directors of ALPHA Corporation made a resolution in favor of the transaction on November 8, 2013.

Technology in the deal. C.I. Technology Co., Ltd's name changed to ALPHA HOUSING HARDWARE ( THAILAND) CO., LTD, following the completion of the deal.
