ANYMIND GROUP INC. AnyMind Group Inc. (TSE:5027) agreed to acquire PT Digital Distribusi Indonesia for IDR 73.7 billion on May 12, 2023. Kembara will be joining AnyMind Group?s management team as Managing Director, and DDI?s current management team will continue to be involved in the management of DDI after the acquisition. For the year ended December, 2022, PT Digital Distribusi Indonesia reported revenues of IDR 193 billion, net worth of IDR 7.9 billion, total assets of 54.8 billion, EBIT of IDR 4.9 billion and Net Income of IDR 4.6 billion.
The transaction is expected to close on September 29, 2023.
