On the same day, the board of directors of the company approved the transaction.
On March 25, 2014, the company announced that it will receive PEN 50,401,900 in the transaction. On the same date, the transaction was approved.
On May 13, 2014, Banco Financiero del Perú Sociedad Anónima Abierta closed the transaction. The company received gross proceeds of PEN 33,684,000 in the transaction. The total social capital of the company thereby became PEN 445,077,520.
Banco Financiero del Perú Sociedad Anónima Abierta announced that it has received PEN 33.68 million in funding.
