The restaurant segment is engaged in the business of operating food and drinks outlets, eating houses and restaurants. Its subsidiaries include BreadTalk Pte Ltd, which is a baker and manufacturer of and dealer in bread, flour and biscuits; Together Inc. Pte Ltd; Star Food Pte Ltd, and BTG Vault Pte.Ltd., which is engaged in acquiring and holding of intellectual property rights.
